Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by electronically completing and submitting the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement on our website. If you use this online option, we will promptly provide you with an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Effects of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.\n\nWe will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will bear the costs of returning the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
