Data storage
In order to facilitate the purchasing process and to subsequently process the contract, the web shop operator stores the IP address of the connection owner using cookies, as well as the name, address, payment information and credit cards.
We also store the following data for contract processing:

The data you provide is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract and to carry out pre-contractual measures. It is not possible to conclude a contract without this data. The collected data will not be transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of payment data (credit card data) to the processing bank institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the shipping company (transport company) commissioned by us, which is responsible for delivering the goods, and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.
If you cancel the shopping process, the data we have stored will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data resulting from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years). The transmitted name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be stored until the end of product liability (10 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.
